Today was a quiet, uneventful day with no blood pressure spikes. I got approval to walk in the hallway for 15 minutes and it was nice to be up and moving around a bit. I have only been able to walk one other day out of the 9 days that I've now been here. Hopefully I can starting walking at least once a day.
I am carrying differently these days because of the bed rest but I thought you would want to see a belly shot that my nurse took today.
Tomorrow we should hear about the 24 hour test results. Ray and I feel so blessed to have such supportive and loving family and friends. Thank you all for everything!
Meghan, you look awesome! I k ow this is a rough time. My prayers are with you, Ray and little miss. Keep baking. ;-). Lots of love.
ReplyDeleteKeep that baby cooking! My son was born at 25 weeks for other reasons and he's a perfectly healthy 3 year old now. But if I learned anything through my experience it was the value of time and what a difference a week, or even a day, could make. I also spent 6 weeks on bedrest so I know how tired and weak that can make you so be careful when up and around, don't push it. Oh, and take advantage of any offers to help! Let friends and family cook meals for your hubby, do laundry, mow the lawn...etc. It'll mean a lot less for you two to worry about and the last thing you need right now are more concerns. Praying for you all!
ReplyDeleteHi Megan,
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear that you and baby are doing better! We continue to keep you, Ray and baby girl in our prayers.

Hi Meggie,
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear that yesterday was a quiet day. I am sending a little care package today to your home, so hopefully Ray can intercept it. I keep you guys in my thoughts every day! It's great to see pictures of you- you look great! All the best,
Steph
